Marinomed (Marinomed)

Marinomed has developed more than 40 in-vitro cell based assays characterizing novel compounds on immune cells. The assays are miniaturized and are suited for medium throughput. In addition, Marinomed has established a murine allergy model based on IgE mediated oedema formation. This model is a useful tool for a fast in-vivo evaluation of compounds that show anti-allergic potential in in-vitro assays. Marinomed has two cell culture labs with 4 laminar air flows as working places. In addition, there is one molecular biology lab and one biochemistry lab. Equipment: besides the standard cell culture equipment: Marinomed has a 96-well reader for absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence, a Multiplex reader (96-well format) for parallel analysis of samples per well. Besides that, Marinomed has access to the University's equipment such as FACS, fluorescent microscope, HPLC, real-time PCR, and many more.
